Several police services across Ontario are celebrating this Police Week, including the North Bay Police Service.

They’re highlighting the roles of their sworn and civilian members — with feature stories being released online and on social media involving some of their personnel this week.

They include a 911 Communications Centre dispatcher, Maintenance Supervisor and Forensics Identification Officer.

A couple public events on Saturday include a public auction and prescription drugs drop off day.
