A Scary Situation At Paris's Notre Dame Catherdral

A car packed with explosives was discovered outside of the world famous Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.  The car’s owner was on a ‘watch list’ and is now in custody.  Police believe it may have been some sort of test run, for a future event. Full story HERE
