A 25 year old North Bay man is facing several charges following an incident on Friday.

Police say they received a report of someone going through vehicles on Brookes Street on Friday morning.

Police say they uncovered several items after searching the man including sunglasses, lighters, a media player, a bag and loose change.

The man has been charged with 7 counts of theft under $5000.
