Two local school boards name their chairs for 2018

The Near North District School Board and the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board have named their chair and vice chair respectively for 2018.

David Thompson was voted in as chair of the Near North Board and Jim Beatty was acclaimed as vice chair and the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board has named Barbara McCool as chair and Jacques Begin as vice chair.
