City police say two arrests have been made after the May 20th robbery of a north end pharmacy.

A North Bay man was taken into custody in mid-October while a Hamilton woman was arrested yesterday.

Justin Vaillancourt, age 29, of North Bay has been charged with:
– One Count of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery;
– One Count of Robbery with a Firearm;
– One Count of Use Firearm in Commission of Offence;
– Two Counts of Pointing a Firearm ;
– Two Counts of Forcible Confinement;
– One Count of Disguise with Intent;
– One Count of Breach of Probation; and
– One Count of Possession of Firearm or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order.

Following a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse he was released from custody and will appear in court again on November 12th.

Michelle Bryant, age 48, of Hamilton has been charged with;
– One Count of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery;
– One Count of Robbery with a Firearm;
– One Count of Use Firearm in Commission of Offence;
– Two Counts of Pointing a Firearm;
– Two Counts of Forcible Confinement;
– One Count of Disguise with Intent; and
– One Count of Possession of Firearm or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order.

She will appear in the North Bay Courthouse November 5th for a bail hearing.

The investigation continues.

Back in May police said four people were involved in the armed robbery.
