Still time for groups to apply to North Bay and Area Community Foundation

There’s still time for local charitable groups to apply for grants from the North Bay and Area Community Foundation.

Since the first grants were disbursed in 2010, the Community Foundation has given to more than 50 charitable groups.

Their goal is to create sustainable funding for the charities of our area.

The deadline for those groups to apply is coming up on Tuesday (Dec 31).

Officials say the grants will be awarded in May.

The application form can be found online at nbcaf.com.
