If you didn’t know, I love Tik Tok! I think it’s one of the best new social media platforms out there. The app isn’t just about short funny videos, but it’s a platform that you can learn new recipes, saving tips, dance moves, beauty recommendations, life hacks and the latest trend mental health hacks!

A user by the David Z on Tik Tok shared a video titled “It’s normal to not have the words to describe how you’re feeling. Hope this helps.” 

In the video which is below, he shows people the “Wheel of Emotions” simply put the wheel is full of different emotions. And it’s pretty easy to use, you start in the middle and work your way outwards until you find the right/specific word. This is a really cool hack, that can help you to better communicate how you are feeling.
