Talking about her new single on Instagram, Camila writes, “This is one of my favorite songs we’ve ever written. Your life doesn’t have to be perfect for you to allow yourself joy. Even through the heartache, and the confusion, and the messiness…. we keep dancing.”

Camila also appeared on The Late Late Show, where she brought ‘Bam Bam’ for its tv debut.  Chatting with James Corden, Camila opened up about the meaning of her new song, “It’s something that my mom has always said to me. […] The song is about the cycles of falling in love, falling out of love; life has its ups and downs. You gotta roll with the punches, you gotta keep dancing.”

‘Bam Bam’ is Camila and Ed’s second collaboration (their first was ‘South of the Border,’ found on Ed’s ‘No.6 Collaborations Project’), “It was great. I’ve been such a huge fan of Ed’s for such a long time and it was such a full-circle moment, getting to be in the studio [with him],” Camila tells James.
