The North Bay Battalion play their fourth straight divisional game tonight in Barrie against the Colts.

Being the visiting team acting head coach Adam Dennis won’t have the luxury of the last change.

He says they’ll have to adjust to that against Barrie.

‘When they want to they can move down to two or three lines and it becomes tough to get the match-ups you want. We need everybody ready to play and if the match-ups aren’t what we want, guys are going to have to step up into bigger roles and play against some pretty good players,” he says.

The teams have met once this year with North Bay winning on October 25th at Memorial Gardens.

The Battalion have been led by Justin Brazeau and Matthew Struthers and got production from their second line last week, with goals by Adam McMaster, Brandon Coe and Brad Chenier.

“We’d like to see more scoring from the 3rd and 4th line as well. We have some guys that are capable but they are a little bit snakebitten right now. We need to possess the puck more in the other teams zone,” Dennis says.

The Troops have won their last two games and enter tonight’s match-up in a three-way tie for seventh in the East with 21 points.

Broadcast time is 7:25 on Country 600 CKAT.
