If Orlando Bloom had his way, his newborn daughter with Katy Perry would be named Fiona–not Daisy.

But Us Weekly reports that Perry won the couple’s name-game battle.

“Katy won the battle over baby’s name. She was pulling for the moniker Daisy, but Orlando liked Fiona,” a source claims.

The insider adds that Bloom preferred Fiona because he thought it “sounded good alongside” the name of his 9-year-old son, Flynn, whom he shares with ex-wife Miranda Kerr.

Last month, the outlet reported that the engaged couple still hadn’t decided on a name.

“She likes the name Daisy because daisies are her favorite flowers, simple, pure and sunny,” a source explained at the time.

“She is also fond of the name Grace Ann. Ann after her grandmother, whose name was Ann Pearl.”

That source added that Bloom was “also OK with honoring Katy’s late Grandma, [but] he like[d] her middle name, Pearl.” In the end, though, the newborn was named Daisy Dove.
