North Bay OPP say all four missing hunters from the weekend are doing fine.

Police say they received a call on Sunday morning about 4 people reported missing on McConnell Lake Road in Clarkson Township.

The four were part of a group that had split up into two vehicles and when one of the vehicles didn’t come to the designated area police were contacted.

Earlier today(Monday) , around 7 am a family member received a call from one of the four that the vehicle had mechanical problems and they weren’t able to drive it.

Police received the vehicle’s GPS coordinates and were to locate it.

Two of the four people were by the vehicle but the other two had left of foot to try to get help.

They were located by police as an aerial search was conducted by an OPP helicopter.

They were taken to hospital as a precautionary measure but there were no injuries.

Police say the Emergency Response Team, the OPP Snowmobile and All Terrain Vessel Enforcement Education Unit were all involved in the search.
