The Powassan Voodoos look to shake off the holiday rust with three games in three days, starting tomorrow night in Cochrane.

They’re in Iroquois Falls on Saturday then Kirkland Lake on Sunday afternoon.

Powassan has won 23 straight games and leads the NOJHL standings with 61 points, 10 points ahead of tomorrow night’s opponent, the 2nd place Crunch.

The second half of the season gets underway tomorrow night for four varsity teams at Nipissing.

In women’s hockey, the Lakers are home to Queens at 4:30 at Memorial Gardens while the men entertain Laurier at 7:15.

The basketball teams host McMaster at the Education Centre.
