The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement squad has issued a Canada Wide Warrant for a 33 year old male as a result of a breach of parole. They say Reginald Heffern known to frequent the Sudbury region is serving a 5 year sentence for kidnapping and assault causing bodily harm.

He’s described as white, 5’11”, 170 lbs, with a fair/light complexion, blue eyes and blond hair with a shaved head.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Provincial R.O.PE. Squad or Crimestoppers.
